We're happy to share our goals for Avvy Domains for 2021-2022. Our initial focus will be on launching name registrations, followed by infrastructure development, developer tooling & integrations. By the end of 2022 we hope to be widely integrated with applications in the Avalanche ecosystem.

- Implementation of name registration infrastructure (see Name Lifecycle)
- Sunrise Auction followed by on-demand registration

Data Store, Developer Tooling & Integrations
Q1 2022 / Q2 2022
- Implementation of the data store, where users will be able to manage their registered names
- Implementation of developer tooling for interacting with the data store (resolution, reverse resolution)
- Integration with applications in the Avalanche ecosystem
Domain Exchange, DNS Resolution, Web Browsing
Q3 2022 / Q4 2022
- Domain Exchange - support for names entering the Recycling Period (see Name Lifecycle)
- Open source DNS resolver
- Hosted public DNS resolver
