Avvy Domains will launch in three phases: Reservation Requests, Legacy Name Transfer, and the Sunrise Auction.
Name Reservation Requests is a launch step designed to protect businesses and well-known individuals from bad-faith registrations.
Avvy Domains soft-launched in April 2021 and a number of names were registered. Names registered during the soft launch will be transferred over to the new application.
When registrations start, users will be able to register domains on-demand. Registrations will initially be subject to a Registration Premium.
